SPECIAL WEEKENDS AT MOOSEMEADOW
April 18 - Open House. Come on out to Moosemeadow and join us for our Open House between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. for cake, coffee and entertainment.
May 7-9 - Mother's Day Weekend. It's Mother's Day, with a wine and cheese party, a special arts and crafts project, hayride and a Mini-Golf Open.
May 28-31 - Memorial Day Weekend. It's the first holiday weekend of the 2010 camping season. Come to Moosemeadow for three full days of entertainment for all.
June 4-6 - Pool Tournament Weekend. Separate Children's and Adult pool tournaments will be held with cash prizes for the winners.
June 11-13 - Ice Cream Social. If you love ice cream, you cannot miss this.
June 18-20 - Father's Day Weekend. Dad. This is your day. Bring your glove for the annual Father's Day Softball game, with evening entertainment for all.
June 25-27 - Karaoke Weekend. For all those singers who want to show their stuff.
July 2-4 - July 4th Weekend. Come
and celebrate our nation's birthday with a bang. A full weekend of
scheduled activities and entertainment.
July 9-11 - Krissmoose at Moosemeadow. Everyone's favorite friend, Santa, will arrive on the fire truck to take requests from children and spread the Christmas spirit. A prize will be awarded for the best
decorated site.
July 16-18 - Children's Day Weekend. We've had a Mother's Day and a Father's Day, now it's time for Children's Day. Enjoy games, crafts and a party for the kids, plus entertainment for all.
July 23-25 - D.J. Weekend. Come to hop and bop to a children's D.J. in the afternoon and a family D.J. under the stars.
July 30-August 1 - Children`s Olympic Weekend. Children can join in Moosemeadow's annual summer Olympic Games and win prizes as well as have fun.
August 6-8 - Magic Show Weekend. Enjoy the magic of Bruce Kalver as he presents his Wizard Show.
August 13-15 - Horseshoe Tournament Weekend. Separate children's and
adult Horseshoe Tournaments will be held with cash prizes for the winners.
August 20-22 - Live Music Weekend. Come and dance the weekend away with live bands during the afternoon and night..
August 27-29 - Puppet Show Weekend. Enjoy the story of The Reluctant Dragon presented by the Lionheart Puppet Company along with an arts and craft project and a D.J. on Saturday.
September 3-6 - Labor Day Weekend. Join us for the last big holiday of the 2010 camping season with three days and nights of activities and entertainment for all.
September 10-12 - Flea Market Weekend. If you like flea markets come
attend the town of Willington's Flea Market at the town square.
October 8-11 - Halloween-Columbus Weekend. It's time once again for a
spooky, haunted camping trip with tricks and treats for all, including a D.J.
Monster Mash Dance with cash prizes for the best decorated site, costume and
pet. The annual $1,000 drawing will be held.
